Sansoni was born in Melbourne; she has three brothers and a sister. Being born in a large family, she likes sharing things with her brothers and sisters, when she was eleven she like climbing trees and she often went to camping and tripping during school days. Ramona Sansoni joined a business school in Australia where she grasps the essential fundamentals of business which devise her in to an entrepreneur.
She then moved to the Canberra where her uncle resides and joined her pharmaceutical company.
