Sansoni was born in a Jews family in France. Her parents migrated to Australia during Second World War. After moving to Melbourne her father started his business focusing on family products. She learned business tactics from her father. Ramona Sansoni father’s friend William Jones owned a beauty store. She was more interested in his business than her own. During school she worked for her family store where she learns the art of selling. After wards she moves to Sydney.
She completed her graduation from university of Sydney. She then returned back to Canberra and starts working in her uncle store. She learns the method of making magnificent beauty creams form his uncle and then invented marvelous cosmetics. Her cosmetics got attention and appreciation from the customers. This motivates her to start her own company. She founded Sansoni Cosmetics in the year 1995.The company annual revenue cost about 20 million and is a leading supplier of cosmetics in the world.
Ramona Sansoni was the only women in 1999 that tops the list of most influential business person in the world. She introduced perfumed, fragrances, various baby oils and soaps in the company other than cosmetics after five years of establishment. Her success story was depicted in 2001 documentary ‘Startupland’. She was also awarded the prestigious ‘Australian of the year award’ form government of Australia.
She is a great humanitarian. She spends a fair amount of time and money for noble deeds. She is a mind blowing orator. She inspires young people to follow their dreams. According to her, failures make us strong and one should never give up on their dreams.
